Manpower UK – Accrual of Annual Leave

As Branches are aware the CWU have continued to make representation with Manpower over the issue of individuals being able to take leave in advance of accrual after the first year of employment.

A formal response has now been received from Manpower, Justine Dyson, Employee Relations Manager, confirming that Manpower is currently undertaking a review of the annual leave process and that this is a review that is a priority for Manpower.
