QUESTIONNAIRE
Please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire below. We are trying to get as
much information as possible to try and set up courses either on your work premises, through the local educational institutes,
local community groups etc. If we can't get you course you require bear with us and we will do what we can, and
you never know you may wish to do another course in the meantime.
Due to the hectic nature of our working
and home lives we will endeavour to set up course to suit you. Are you willing to take up the challenge?
It doesn't have to be to gain a formal qualification, it could be to Conversational French for your holidays etc.
