Firstly please contact your local Rep. as soon as possible
(see contact us on the navigation bar). Please do not leave it to the morning of your discipline etc with a Manager.
The more time we have to prepare the better.
If you have been "invited" to a "fact-finding" interview and
you feel it may lead to a discipline case - ask if your Rep. can accompany you. If your request
is refused, ask Management to put all questions in writing to you and your Rep. will help you to respond.
