Help & Advice for Members

What to do if you need help or advice.

Firstly please contact your local Rep. as soon as possible (see contact us on the navigation bar).  Please do not leave it to the morning of your discipline etc with a Manager.  The more time we have to prepare the better.

If you have been "invited" to a "fact-finding" interview and you feel it may lead to a discipline case - ask if your Rep. can accompany you.  If your request is refused, ask Management to put all questions in writing to you and your Rep. will help you to respond.
